All payment terms for any design work is 1/2 of the payment is due when work starts on a design project.  The other 1/2 is due once work has been completed for a design project.  Hot Internet Network™, Inc. does offer the ability to pay in full online as well as off line for any of our design projects.

Hot Internet Network™, Inc.  does offer a satisfaction guarantee for all of our design work.  Some design projects due come with a money back guarantee* less a non refundable designers fee.  This designers fee is in place to make sure the time we spend on a design & development  is recovered.  We have this policy like other web design firms to cover designers time when working on a design project.
